SafePoster ("we", "us") provides a web dashboard and Chrome extension for Facebook group marketers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By using SafePoster you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account data: Email, name, billing details via Stripe, and settings you configure in the dashboard.
Facebook group data: Information needed to post on your behalf, including group names, group lists you create, post content you schedule, and delivery status per group. We access this through your existing Facebook session in the Chrome extension. We do not ask for or store your Facebook password.
Usage data: Logs of posting actions (scheduled, published, failed), device/browser type, and error diagnostics to keep the service reliable.

Data is stored on encrypted servers with access controls. You may export or delete account data by contacting support. Retention follows your subscription status and legal obligations.
We use trusted processors including hosting providers, Stripe, email delivery, and analytics. When you connect RSS feeds, data is fetched from URLs you provide. You are responsible for those sources and their terms.
The extension operates within your logged-in Facebook session in Chrome. We are not affiliated with Meta. Your use must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. Automated posting carries inherent platform risk; see our Terms of Use.
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise CCPA rights by emailing support@safeposter.com.
SafePoster is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
